Here are a few of the educational videos I created when I was still in practice. They contain basic knowledge for those who were stuck in the Child Support Trap, the Child Support System that the United States government created in an effort to obtain reimbursement of the billions of dollars it was spending on its welfare programs from the poorest Americans. As I explain in my books, the System was failure on all fronts, a financial failure, a moral failure and a failure of common sense. The federal government created a system encouraging divorce and single parenthood, especially in the poorest neighborhoods. Who'd have thought it was a good idea to spend billions more to force the poorest men, with a threat of incarceration, to reimburse those billions? Congress. Need I say more? Worse the implications of the Child Support System was that millions of children were denied the opportunity to have two parents in their lives, or worse, to have two parents with equal rights left without a court order determining their access.
